Peter graduated from California Western School of Law in 2000 and was admitted to practice law in Oregon in 2001. Early in his career, Peter worked for the hearing office of the Social Security Administration. The experience gave him great insight into the ins and outs of the Social Security claims process. He then worked as an In-House Counsel for a local entertainment company, then he moved to the Public Defenders’ Office in Eastern Oregon.
Peter has tried numerous types of cases, ranging from criminal cases to Social Security hearings. He worked for David B. Lowry doing Social Security Disability claims from Winter 2004 to Spring 2009. Since leaving that firm, Peter has run his own law firm, continuing to represent Social Security Disability claimants. He has been in attendance at thousands of disability hearings and has worked as an expert witness for the Professional Liability Fund, analyzing when other Disability attorneys make mistakes in their cases.
When not working as the managing partner of Evans & Evans, Peter enjoys time with his family and friends. He enjoys all sports and great food.
